No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. The CocoWire.app monthly draw (the "Sweepstakes") is operated by Harrington Maui Enterprises LLC, Maui, Hawaii ("Operator").

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation is open worldwide where permitted by law. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Harrington Maui Enterprises LLC, participating sponsors, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible.

To enter the monthly draw, visit CocoWire.app and tap your character during the open cycle. The cycle is open until 8:00 PM HST on the first of each month, and winners are selected at 8:08 PM HST. You need at least one entry each cycle to be eligible. You can add one extra free entry every 24 hours by returning to the site and tapping again while the cycle is open.

The CocoWire.app Loyalty Program is a separate rewards program that runs alongside the monthly draw. Participants earn 'coconuts' (loyalty points) by completing free actions such as sharing on social media, referring friends, and creating content. Coconuts determine a participant's loyalty tier (Noob → Akamai → Shoots! → Kamaʻāina → Stay Grindin' → Mana → Kahuna → Aloha Chief) and unlock exclusive sponsor discounts and perks at each tier level. Coconut count does NOT affect monthly draw odds. Tier perks are loyalty rewards, not prizes. Sponsor discounts and perks have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Sponsor perks are separate from monthly draw prizes and are offered by participating sponsors. Perk availability may change each month based on sponsor campaigns. Most perks are one-time benefits and are removed from your account when used. Unused perks are not guaranteed to remain available and may be removed or replaced if a sponsor changes its monthly offering.

One monthly draw is held on or about the first of each calendar month at 8:08 PM HST. Winners are selected at random from eligible entries. Each entry is one ticket, so daily check-ins or repeated taps can increase your total entries while staying within the 24-hour free-entry cooldown. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries at the time of the draw. Draw winners are not determined by coconut count, tier status, social engagement, or any other activity.

Monthly draw prizes are determined by participating sponsors and posted at CocoWire.app/prizes. Approximate retail values (ARVs) are listed on the prize page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are permitted except at the Operator's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Prizes valued at $600 or more require winner to provide a valid Social Security Number for IRS Form 1099 reporting.

Winners will be notified via the email address on file within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 14 days of notification.

The Operator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Operator's control affects the proper functioning of the drawing. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Operator decisions regarding disputes.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. All disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maui County, Hawaii.
